Yes I would have to agree , I came to the same conclusions as you have, but that does not exclude Polynovo doing it's own thing with void filler I believe, in a previous post about liver in a dish it actually shows a make up picture where they show a bone being grown in a dish, Phosphagenics aren't broke at this point though, there is still a glimmer of hope with their opioid patch, they just had a meeting with the US FDA on that and it's still got a licensing deal with Terumo to help with one of their injectables, they got screwed by arbitration, the big bloke always wins, so like you say best to leave any litigation alone.
