To qualify for 25% of the 3m Performance Rights, all that needs to happen is that the Total Shareholder Return for LNG over the next three years is EQUAL to (ie. 100% of) the TSR of the All Ords Accumulation Index? And to qualify for all 3m Performance Rights, we only need to double the TSR of the All Ords.
What a ridiculous and very conservative hurdle to use! If LNG doesn't smash the All Ords over the next three years I'll eat my hat! Might as well just give these 31 staff and execs the 3m shares now!
And what happens to these if we move to US listing - would they still measure performance against All Ords?
