Ann: Appendix 3B - Loyalty Option Conversions, page-21

Hi guys,

I'm sure this has already been mentioned and I recall reading it somewhere on here but what's the method to check your loyalty options went through and transferring them to CHESS so it shows up in your trading applications? I ended up sending mine through on the 27th or 28th of May due to forgetting, so I'm thinking it should have gone through anyway - wasn't sure if it transfers automatically in a few weeks when ARL compile all the orders etc or if we had to process it somehow manually.
