Likewise, I think this share payment is a good thing, but unless I'm missing something, it could hardly be to EAS, as they already have their payment in performance shares/milestones. Why would they get extra beforehand?
Unless they have performed some extra duty beyond the terms of their initial contract; couldn't imagine what that is. No, must be to someone else.
