Often the best place to direct questions is to the board of directors. Their role is to provide an element of independent oversight, thereby ensuring Company officers act in the interests of the company and shareholders.
Unfortunately in LWPs case it appears the majority of the board are also employees of LWP, so this very important counterbalance is minimised. In my view until board independence is re established, LWP will continue to make reckless decisions with share holders money. The employees simply have to much authority, and not enough accountability.
