Word is that MYX shopped around for a $400million loan to finalise the Teva acquisition and 4 banks were interested. Westpac is reported to be the bank to arrange the facility.
The loan has two tranches 3 years and 5 years.
Margins are LIBOR + 1.60% and LIBOR+ 1..90% for 3 year tranche and 5 year tranche respectively.
Pretty tight margins I would say.
