So far we have had 2 lots of shares distributed post rights issue. 1/11 we saw 600,000 and now on 19/11 6,800,000 all at 5 cents.

To quote the last quarterly,
"Close of the Rights Issue having achieved a 50% take-up to raise $2.2 million (ASX Release 17thOctober 2012). Directors are currently considering various alternatives to place the shortfall."

The various alternatives at the moment seem only to be to release these shares at 5 cents to sophisticated investors.
There are still aprox 38 million shares left. No wonder the SP is going no where , why buy on market above 5cents when you can go straight to the company. Our Shares are being diluted on one hand with no appreciable rise in SP and this seems to be endorsed by managements decision.
I know we need cash but surely we should stop the release of these shares and allow the potential of THX especially with upcoming results to push the price up in the short term , then dribble release these extra shares.

Also if those 6.8 million shares went to one person that would be about 3% making them one of the top 20, no record of that has been released as yet.

These are my opinions I may be off the mark but it makes sense of the SP doldrums at the moment.
