for goodness sakes this is a small issue to employees as incentives
do you want to put a 50c ex price on them ...well they hardly would be incentives would they?
At the moment they are still worthless they are unquoted and out of the money and they cost us nothing as compared to salary increases.
get over it!
I have no problem with management.If they are taking too long it is for a good reason IMO.
just do the DD before Xmas break!
