    You would think this is a big confidence boost unless he plans to just dump them on market but if that was the case why exercise the 40cent shares.

    No idea what % he holds in Pond Ventures but to be willing to buy 1mil shares in his own name whilst Pond Ventures has 36-37mil shares means he is keen to own more = good sign
