Warwick Grigor is the chairman of ImagineIM I believe.
He is a major holder of PAK.
It has been said that the logical path for PAK is to acquire 100% of imagineIM and I can't see why Imagine would resist that since it is a path to listing on the ASX.
It gives all the major holders a path to liquidity for their equity. I believe that some of those guys will be cashing in a bit of that now....but I can't know for sure.
As chairman of imagine Grigor will want PAK to have control. If we wait until it is so to buy then imagine will be making money and the share price of PAK may already be $1
So I am happy to take the long term punt that all these things will come to pass.
