I was thinking the same.
Not saying there is any connection but, the Algo looks like it was active on Friday from 11.44 a.m. and then stopped at 1.01 p.m.
The price first touched 2.9 at approx 12.45 p.m on the 25th. that is 2 days and 15 minutes held at 2.9.
Anyway I too would expect conversion Monday / Tuesday then probably shortly after some MOU or License agreement, based purely on the immense amount of luck the note holder appears to be having with their timing.
Disclaimer: All IMO, purely total guesswork with little substance of course!
