I think if you re-read my post you will see that it is forward looking... infact the very point of it is forward looking as to where the SP will end up by the time the rest of the CN selling is done...
Nobody has suggested they will sell their total 350K in one month (they simply couldn't anymore as there would be no volume to sell it into), but you can't deny that when they convert even just 100K, the selling pushes the price down further.. just line the chart up with the conversion dates and its plain as day!
I think if you re-read my post you will see that it is forward...
