"Aside from the CN debacle, what grounds justify this terminal sentiment?"
- management of capital structure.. not just CN, but a consolidation that has failed to deliver on its objectives, bonus options delivering 50% dilution
- reluctance to acknowledge impact of CN on SP.. blaming HC posts and a shift of investments to mining stocks
- corporate governance questions
- apparent indifference to the above...
The tech is great.. everyone knows that, but there are still valid reasons over and above the CN which explain why the sentiment is down
