    re: Ann: Appendix 3B - Partial Conversion of ... La Jolla has also similar deals in BLT and IRL. Aussie directors are giving Australian shareholders a raw deal. These kinds of deals need to be investigated. There should be risk in equity, this is free money at long-term shareholders' cost.
