NZ, these ATC capital structure antics strongly remind me of the TSX-V, (Canada's Venture Exchange). Only things missing are pics of a director by his new pool, another beside his shiny Countash.
Bad look Mr. CEO, et al. However, all will be forgiven when a good financing comes through... AND that would've been the time to announce the pig trough is open.
