I doubt a Director would be allowed to buy options knowing a big announcement is coming, in order to sell them again.
There are strict rules around when a Director can buy or sell Company shares, they have to be so careful.
It does look good though, a Director buying 500,000 options, a sign of future growth.
Whoever it is will be holding onto them.
When was the last time we saw any PIO Director buy options?
