Due to the share price triggering termination events under the lead manager mandate the placement has been repriced to $0.005. The placement has raised $750,000 before costs, has this ensured that Gerry will not be unseated, yep 150 million shares, now who could have bought them, I cant see why it would be about the raising of capital but more so to do with having another 150 million votes, I cant see this ending well if the 249D is served today as Process1 has indicated, GLTAH
