NO, these options were voted for at the EGM, they were part of the placement agreement with Xcel Capital
I did query the ASX if they had breeched their placement allowance but, albeit they haven't
If King is trying to protect his position on the board, don't be overly surprised is there is another placement when the clock resets in July - there is also the issue of the Small Share Sale Facility shares that either get sold on market or can be purchased by an investor, I think it will be the latter (another 15M shares)
