Confirmed by the CEO that they(the board) are scewing shareholders at these vesting points and dates for 30 mill shares.
Yet they say that they work for the shareholders interest to create value. Disgraceful. No shareholder at the time they joined the board will have benefitted at the prices they have nominated. Did I mention disgraceful. Regardless of what lies ahead.
Show some balls and set the options at an 8c price if SP targets of 15c, 25c and 35c over the period.
Yeah yeah TL is like a broken record........
