A reward of $1.65 million for getting the share price back to where it was when the Board commenced, while shareholders have to average down to do so - if your lucky and haven't spent all you $ already. Not only that, the options need not be taken up - so there's limited risk - unlike shareholders who take on full risk on their purchase. I have averaged down but am still well under water.
I just hope i can ride some good news and get a return.
