Agree Brumbie. However this 3b has the calculations to issue shares under 7.1 annd 7.1A. WhIch is irrelevant to the options already on issue imo.. With approval date Nov 2016 which was the AGM.
So if they want to they can re-issue options as they cant extend them for more than i think 3 months. Just unsure why it mentions the issue of shares.
Most of the options were issued around April last year to sopistaced investors or payment for services.. Cant remember exactly. So its in CXOs best interest to keep investors wanting to be part of the CXO story and part of next CR. A lifeline might be in the cards..
All very unusual. Can all dream...Time will tell.
