Despite a lot of research and some questions on this thread to those that have been with RAP since the beginning, I have been unable to determine exactly who the 56M shares coming out of escrow on 2nd July will go to.  It appears that the majority will go to UQ and, whilst for us it may be logical for UQ to hold long term, this may or may not be consistent with their internal policies or budget demands.  In addition, some % of the 56M shares will almost certainly go to other vendors involved in the inital prospectus and it is also not certain what their intentions will be.  
My views are generally not popular here, but whilst I expect there to be some downwards pressure on the share price in the short term, this may present another good buying opportunity.  It is highly probable that the share price will recover from any weakness caused by the 56M shares coming out of escrow.
