Furthermore, I don't consider this a spec share or company.
However, the point you raise does pose an interesting question in my mind, and the point you've raised just might explain some things about this company.
QUESTION: I wonder if the Chairman or his board consider this a spec company?
Because they sure seem to run it like one.
And that fact might very well account for the sometimes pithy and useless announcements they often make.
