    I have always wondered how the MD of the holding company of TV2U as a related party is able to undertake such transactions as the broker, if this is what that represents?

    Are not such transactions often fire-walled and prevented as conflicts of interest?

    Or is the declaration of this related party transaction enough to validate it?

    Any ideas?
