G8 Education announced that Sarah Zeljko has resigned as General Counsel and Company Secretary for the G8 Education Limited Group, effective 24 April 2018. Sarah intends to pursue a career as a professional Non-Executive Director. The company advised that Tracey Wood has been appointed as General Counsel and Company Secretary for the Group with effect from 28 May 2018. Tracey joins the Group from Billabong International Limited, where she has been International General Counsel and Company Secretary since mid-2008. The Group's Chief Financial Officer, Sharyn Williams, will occupy the Company Secretary role on an interim basis prior to Tracey's commencement date.
