    Just touching on this SPP Its obvious that they could have collected all they wanted at this discount without the not inconsiderable work for a SPP. History shows many placements at these deep discounts thumb their noses at retail. Joe has always placed a high premium on retail, if it's doable he would do it, as he has here, if you are unable to take part due to cash considerations its a bit of hard luck in that this is stupid cheap IMHO.
