Maybe they should just leave it in a trading halt until they are CF+?
Suspensions and trading halts are supposed to be for finalizing material investment matters that can't be reasonably expected to happen without insider trading, leaking and trading that affects the outcome.
They can't just have a halt because they are planning on doing stuff in the future. Companies would always be in a halt.
Halts are supposed to stop SP manipulation, not be used for SP manipulation.
Maybe they should just leave it in a trading halt until they are...
