One way for SB to increase their investment but not go higher than a 19.9% holding would be for them to acquire a % share of the TAVR business. After all we were going to partner this project anyway so does it matter who the partner is. They would have more skin in the game and the incentive to make it successful would be there. It would be great if Abbott or one such company was the partner but we recently have been in intensive care and now are off the ventilator but we have yet to be discharged before our return to previous work. If we had an initial injection for the TAVR project we could advance and our bargaining power would be better with a big pharma group when the time comes.
As I stated before we have to stop the bleeding, get to cash flow positive. With dilution what we thought was a Disallowed may turn out to be a 5 bagger. I for one would accept this presently.
