Apparently the Company is doing SO WELL that we have issued circa 1,512,000 shares to Senior Employees on the following basis
Shares were issued to Senex Energy Employee
Share Trust to provide Shares to 25 senior
employees (not key management personnel) as part
of the incentive for corporate performance for the
year ended 30/06/2016 (FY16). The employees
were not required to pay or provide any further or
other consideration for the Shares
FREEBIES all round, at the expenses of the Shareholder, who has seen their investment fall by 75%
YEP, the Company is massively kicking goals, and its party time at Corporate Head Office....
