How would anyone know!
I found ,finally, an answer from IR dated sept 19 ( was in my spam folder) saying they would file by end of sept (well that had no credo) as the Auditors have the company under "embargo".
I wrote back & suggested they change auditors as any Fortune 500 enterprise could be audited in less than 1/2 the time this retro back pedaling has gone on with the board at UNI trying to cover their backsides for previous sign offs.
But as TDA suggested it is a good sign that they have allowed the company to stay listed on Nasdq.
Guess soon enough we will know if these geniuses have a sustainable operating plan or not.
