I thought the auditors were probably balking given the nature of the AS disclosure and the potential for a SEC investigation.
Sounds to me there were three things that needed being resolved. Two of the three, which were AS's financial dealings and the impairment charges, have largely been resolved. The third issue, being the supplier contracts, is still outstanding.
Hopefully our CFO can help usher through these issues and make the auditors happy.
