    Hi Empire,

    Yes I know the history of NDC very well and its foray into diamond production, if you could call it that.

    As said, I'm not sure as to the make-up of the option issue and to whom they were issued but I would hate to think that the options have been issued to parties as a 'thank you' as you have alluded to.
