If there was not a takeover offer during the SPP they proverbially would have needed the underwriters.
After all the stock is underpinned at $0.28 and the SPP was at $0.16.
This has been a bonus for the longstanding holders in many ways.
About Time.

Interesting how the share price will perform on the 30th when is SPP allocation is tradeable. At least there is 10Mil more shares in circulation which will improve liquidity, it will also be interesting to see if the top 20 change.

My sentiment is HOLD as I have reached my $$ limit.
But I can see a higher bid comming.
