The Lind shares are exercised at a 10% discount to market at a time of Linds choosing . So you can see that this is going to discourage buyers at the current market price , assuming no news. If you're a buyer you need to understand that there will be sellers no matter what .
That's the big question - when news will come and how good it will be. Assume the desperation right now means this could be a 'buy' because it's unlikely to be overbought (!).
I will not be buying however until after the cpn results are out and I've had a chance to judge the strength of the results , even if I miss out on an initial surge.
