    As shareholder we do have the right to force an EGM, push for a resolution to have an independent valuation on the assets and to open the data room to other parties. The worse that can happen is the current bid, the best is to push for a better outcome that is in the shareholders best interest.

    It's not as if an EGM for changes hasn't happened before with NDO.
