By my calculations, you should now hold a minimum of 6.5M shares.

2,200,000 divided by 2 is 1.1M and multiply by 5 is 5.5M
Plus the million you claim to have just accumulated is 6.5M.
Even if you didn't take up any of the CR you should have 6.5M+ shares.
