    Not a corporate lawyer but I do have a reasonable grasp of the answer to these questions:

    Regarding substantial shareholder changes of more than 1%
    Corporations Act s 671B: within 2 business days from today

    Regarding Directors
    Corporations Act s 205G: within 14 days of today

    Obviously, as the Directors are also substantial shareholders if their positions moved by more than 1% both parts will be applicable so we should know soon.

    These are just deadlines. It could be earlier.
