Thanks @travelightor I agree! Though only after having read all the other responses and re reading it a couple of times earlier in the day. Of course if I were running these numbers I would assume MSB would wait and be issuing a revised Placement Request in a rising market,from a test result or license deal etc. Those receiving deferred placements would be happier too whether they sell or hold.
