The title of the announcement sounds innocent enough "Appendix 3B with prospectus".
There is no mention of Kentgrove whatsoever.
Expect a stream of Appendix B every few days/weeks from now on.
MSB needs the money to keep the lights on.
Considering that MSB is supposedly very close to a breakthrough, the lack of partners is very worrying.
