"Did MSB just tap the Kentgrove Facility?"
No, they didn't.
They are just issuing 2m shares and 1.5m inventive rights (i.e., options with a $2.22 exercise price) to Kentgrove as part of the 2016 facility agreement (i.e. for having Kentgrove on standby).
While Kentgrove will certainly take up the 2m shares, I expect the out-of-the-money options will expire.
Still, 2m shares for doing nothing expect sitting by the phone waiting for MSB to call.
Not bad money if you can get it.
