    I've been watching WLF for some months now with view to picking some shares up
    at the lower prices.
    However no longer so keen given most recent announcement that RCF now in control
    at 52%.Not good for minority s/holders.
    (I am already in a tungsten junior and likely will have to wait considerable time for
    any recovery in this strategic metal).
