Can you imagine the poor company secretary's day if this wasn't in place?
There would be multiple person requests everyday from every company. All they'd end up doing is issuing T20 holder reports all day, everyday.
It would be an absolute nightmare for them.
But in saying that, 3 monthly updates to each company's website wouldn't take a lot of effort.
