You say they have worked hard. How have they not added value? This is still at exploration stage, not production. How can an explorer show "added Value" until production starts.... and how much closer are we now, compared to four years ago to production? (Through hard work!)

I'm afraid I have to back Nev on this. Options to be exercised between Dec 2010 and Sep 2013 at $2.50 can only mean good news for us holder's. If not, then they're worth didley squat to the employees and they just forget about exercising the options. (If the stock gets up to $10. in 2013, are you going to say the staff aren't worth giving them those options?) It's a bonus! and it's worth zilch if it's not taken up.
