high grade veins - lots of gold, but difficult to quantify into a resource given the potential (feast/famine scenario). Would not bank on 500k Oz would rather take a very conservative view of 100k Oz. Consultants doing the numbers will not be prepared to sign off given the nuggety nature of the deposit unless HUGE amount of extra drilling done.

just my thoughts. Hence i think overhyped and over priced.
