I would not be surprised to see 100 million shares placed at 40 cents to raise $40 million so the drilling kitchen sink can be thrown at the key areas of interst.

I here talk in the street that some broker was looking to raise funds for EKM at around 10 cents per share a few weeks ago.

A lot has changed in a short space of time. But the truth is if EKM thought they needed more money a few weeks ago they still need it today. Probably even more so.

If there was a raising the SP would never look back.
