    Guys,
    Have a look at VLA and see what La Jolle Cove did to their SP, once the SP went up they excerised options at a huge discount then sold out.
    VLA have never recovered and now have heaps of shares on issue.
    Noticed thast they are still converting note as of last month.
    Hope I'm wrong but 3-4c looks likely to happen IMHO>
