As I suggested in my post of just over a week ago, it is now clear from today's announcement that, while the company did not admit any liability in the settlement of its case with Ian Clark, it (and the Chairman) wee clearly found to be in the wrong. My views on Tyree getting yet more shares at the recent AGM have ben made clear, but he's got them now. What are the chances he'll give up 1.45M of them in given he's cost the company that many with his apparent petulance. and disregard for due process?
