the interviewer used the words" youve just raised funds through a private placement. How much was raised and where will the funds go"

Renshaws response was "Yes we are raising up to 2.5million dollars or thereabouts" and went on to say what the money would be used for.

That interview was back on the 19Nov and the fact the section 3B was only lodged today indicates to me that the funding had not yet been finalised. Nor have we yet got a substantial buyer notice and I assume that will come next week. However that does not explain who was the alleged big buyer when we had the spike in price and volume recently.

I am disappointed that Scottjacks request for a current top 20 listing was denied.
