good post, and I think you have summed it up well. However, if tincom move forward, we get a positive fs I think it will change the game. A positive fs may get others involved. Poland, indonesia and a possible china, india, other european countries deal will position esi well. It is all about the progress of the first deal. CR will then be much easier and we could see some big players come on board. I agree it is sitting on a knife edge, but if we can get this tincom deal to speed up it should change the game.
I would keep an eye out for any ann, there are plenty of people watching and ready to jump in when there is more surety IMO. I don't think there is any rush at the moment, but of course the risks and potential rewards are greater at current price.
