A curious thread. The answers above questions are readily found in the company announcements and presentations. Even though the info is there misinterpretations abound.

Bogswell, you said that the victoria coldry deal "could have been better for shareholders" implying it is not very good.
ESI are free carried to an equity of 10%, I repeat, free carried. It's not that they have given away 90% like an explorer or junior moving to production might do to gain funding. ESI will be given 10% equity in what is potentially a $1.5 billion pa facility which will be built by tincom.
This is an unexpected bonus on top of the cpi indexed $5 per tonne royalty. This is a "very" good deal for shareholders, which could result in some dividends from VC as well.
Not to say everything is in the bag yet, but all info to date from tincom etc shows plenty of enthusiasm. Hopefully soon the uncertainties will fall away and the share price will reflect the potential. As said above another deal would help in that regard.
